\multicolumn{<cols spanned>}{<col specifier>}{<text>}

”\multicolumn”でまず ”<cols spanned>” を２個にします {2}、揃え方は中央揃え {c}、最後の表示文字は ”Price (\pounds)”にしたものを見てみます。Tex のファイル（source code）を見てみると。
